Description: “We AR Fit” is a women’s exercise class developed to strengthen all the body’s muscle groups.
Ageless Grace
Description: This co-ed class focuses on chair exercise along with brain health.
Stretch & Balance
Description: A co-ed class that focuses on improving flexibility and stability through a combination of stretching and balance exercises.
